Xhorroz is a thulian agent from Modinthule, marooned upon Norrath with the closing of the Fear Gate. He serves Cazic-Thule, and seeks to reawaken the Fear Gate to allow the forces of fear to drive forth upon this Norrath.
He seeks knowledge held in the Overrealm by the dragon empire.
