1. Speak to Master Kyau in the Camp of the Legendary Wu in The Lesser Faydark at ( 844, 137, -467 ) /waypoint 844, 137, -467.
2. Find his mat at ( 730, 90, -294 ) /waypoint 730, 90, -294 and right click to begin meditation. It is a green mat next to a follower of Wu. You will be stunned for about 30 seconds with Wu's Contemplation while you are forced to meditate.
3. Return to Master Kyau
