1. Go to J'Rais Bridge in Nektulos Forest (The bridge that leads from The Commonlands). Inspect the skeleton on the bridge at ( -256.8, 4.91, 220.69 ) /waypoint -256.8, 4.91, 220.69 to be offered the quest A Calling in the Forest.
2. Speak to Theeral the nomad to be given the Flesh Bound Tome.
   • Obtaining the book updates this quest.
3. Go to a spot in front of the door to Everling's Laboratory (174, -13.5, 10) in Nektropos Castle
4. Return to Rikantus
