1. Take Sokokar to Skyfire Mountains
2. Go to the Sel'Nok Camp at ( -1705, 270, -38 ) /waypoint -1705, 270, -38 . You might be able to fly to Temple of the Red Lord, and then to the Scout Encampment if you have those two posts.
3. Talk to Scout Nan'Dor ( -1702, 270, -41 ) /waypoint -1702, 270, -41

NOTE: It is possible you may be given To the Warlord! which is actually the last quest in Scout Nan'Dor series. If you have already done this series he will give you this one immediately otherwise you have to complete the series first.
