What does this information mean?

Steps

1. In South Qeynos, travel to the gate leading to the Starcrest Commune and zone in. ( 695, -21, 366 ) Copy/waypoint 695, -21, 366
2. Slay 5 of the undead.
3. Go to the central fountain and observe events. A Concordium mage comes and performs a necromantic ritual that slays the undead, replacing them with stronger undead.
4. Slay 5 of the newer, stronger undead.
   • Use Akina's Spirit Token to tell the priestess of what you have witnessed.
   • Akina will give you a new spell, Divine Avenger.
   • Retreat to the entrance gates and cast the spell on one of the Starcrest citizens defending the gates.
   • The Divine Avenger-enhanced citizen will slay one of the new undead for you.
5. Return to Akina in the Temple of Life.
