- Vrewwx (NPC) will only spawn in the Icy Keep: The Return instance (you must have the quest, An Exalting Experience! to enter)
- Vrewwx (NPC) spawns and spouts exposition after you kill The Frozen Corrival. Neither the dragon nor its speech is needed for the quest.
