What does this information mean?

A very odd quest, the only thing you have to do is go get another quest and finish it, but the other quest does NOT require you to have this quest. It is more like a bonus, or like getting a coupon book for something you were gonna buy anyway.

It seems either you have to read the book "The Case of the Windstalker Rumbler" found by right clicking a bookcase located in Windstalker Village at ( -1822, -38, -542 ) or completing the quest offered by the same book before Sighard Sayer will offer the quest.

StepsEdit

1. Obtain and complete the quest, The Hunt for the Windstalker Rumbler.
   • NOTE: IF you have already done The Hunt for the Windstalker Rumbler before getting this quest, just hail Sighard again immediately and tell him the beast is slain.
2. Return to Sighard for your extra reward.
