It is a small chamber that was built in the Plane of Fear. It was then transported to the Temple of Cazic-Thule and used to summon various creations from the plane.

You must collect the ancient gems, this will show you the way that you seek.

You will need to collect four golem hearts and feed each troll of Fear one of them. This will begin the summoning.
