What is the Sanctum?
- It is a small chamber that was built in the Plane of Fear. It was then transported to the Temple of Cazic-Thule and used to summon various creations from the plane.

- You must collect the ancient gems, this will show you the way that you seek.
And how do you use them to summon something?
- You will need to collect four golem hearts and feed each troll of Fear one of them. This will begin the summoning.
