1. Pick up the Turtle Shells on the table next to Cordelia.
2. Craft 2 Turtle Shell Bucklers and 2 Turtle Shell Mageshields (at the nearby woodworking table ( 328, 189, 509 ) /waypoint 328.05, 188.61, 508.61).
   • Scribe the Turtle Shell Shield Sketches recipe.
   • In addition to the shells you will need:
     • 4 Carbonite Cluster
     • 4 Severed Ash
     • 12 sparkling sandpaper (level 20 - 29)
3. I must return the shields to Cordelia at the Highlands Outpost (not the docks).
