Notes[]

In addition to the detrimentals which can only be cured by running to the ghost Sir Andres, this mob casts a trauma DOT that drains power and applies a stifle or stun effect which Sir Andres does not cure. The result of this trauma DOT is that a priest must cure the DOT. You should have two priests handy so that if one gets the trauma, the other can cure it.

Strategy[]

The mob starts off in the northern room and Sir Anders stands opposite him in the southern room.

We had our Warden stand to the far west near the entrance to the southern room. Watch out for the roaming blob on the floor in the hallway, it causes a stun if you get too close. Our Guardian arrow pulled the mob and tanked it within the northern room close to the opening between it and the southern room. The Paladin and Brigand melee DPSed between the mob and Sir Anders. This provided just enough room to run to the ghost for cures without crossing an excessive distance. Our Warlock and Illusionist stood in far eastern part of southern room and DPSed from a distance. Run to Sir Anders when afflicted when two or more of the uncurable DOTs are on you. We discovered that the Illusionist was crucial to the success of this fight. Her power management was the tipping point that won the fight for us.

In the Level 90 version of the zone (with a group of Level 90s), the uncurable effects can be ignored. It is easier and less hectic to just DPS the named.
