Tribal Rage Rank (*/1) Agility 2 point Requires 22 points in Agility line   Grants the Chieftain chances to become enraged in combat, increasing attack speed and double-attack chances.   Passive Spell   Effects: On a successful melee attack this spell has a 10% chance to cast Rage on target. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Increases Attack Speed of caster by 35 Caster will Double Attack on 35% of melee attacks When target is damaged this spell has a 30% chance to cast Rage on target. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Increases Attack Speed of caster by 35 Caster will Double Attack on 35% of melee attacks When target strikes a death blow this spell will cast Rage on target. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Increases Attack Speed of caster by 35 Caster will Double Attack on 35% of melee attacks
