Lead Bax to ( 224, 61, -569 ) Copy/waypoint 224, 61, -569 where Yellowfang is waiting. As you near it, it turns aggro and attacks as a level 74 mob; kill it.
Speak to Bax (you can hail him as he is walking away or wait for him to return to the falls)
