What does this information mean?

This solo zone is part of the splitpaw adventure pack.

The difficulty scales to match your level, between level 20 and 50.
This zone can only be completed once per level.
There is an 8 hour "zone re-use" timer that is activated after you click on the ark. If you fail after clicking on the ark, you will not be able to try again for 8 hours.

[edit] Entrance and Exit

The entrance is found in Splitpaw Den. To get access, listen to Sarchel the Storyteller to receive the quest The Ark of Harclave.
The exit is to the southeast, in a large room full of gnoll skeletons. You must click on the throne that is up on a ledge, after defeating the named skeleton that guards it (see below).

The initial part of the zone is entirely solo mobs, and after receiving the buff halfway through the mobs turn heroic. See the quest The Ark of Harclave for details about progressing through the zone. Also the Harclave buff you are given reduces your combat experience by 90%.
