1. Kill 15 toxic leeches (which hatch from "a wretched egg" when you approach them) in Toxxulia's Reach ( 479, 145, 2967 ) /waypoint 479, 145, 2967.
   • Note: Killing all a monstrous shoot (mantrap looking thing) in the area will spawn The Toxic Brood Mother and with her spawns live toxic leaches in the same places as the eggs.
2. Return to Matron T'Akinu.
