What does this information mean?

1. Kill young wyverns east of KC until a Suitable Wyvern Toenail drops. The young wyverns can be found within the vicinity of the broken toed goblins.
2. Then, activate the grinder from your inventory. It will convert the toenail to dust and instruct you to return to Gillin Henry. Note: This is a body drop. You will not get the "No Quest Item Found." message.
