What does this information mean?

PrerequisiteEdit

You must be at least level 55 to get this quest. You must have at least 190 skill in mining to harvest the ebon cluster. And you need to have The Shadow Odyssey expansion for this quest.

StepsEdit

1. Harvest (buying does not work) a fresh ebon cluster from Lavastorm for Toggery's research
2. Return the ebon cluster to Toggery
3. Get a fresh fulginate cluster from Lavastorm
4. Return the fulginate cluster to Toggery for your reward

If you happen to be level 55 or so TS as well, you can now go right to Deep Forge and use your reward to find the trigger for the HQ A Thread Of Hope. If not, you know where to go when you reach that point.
