What does this information mean?

After speaking with Blat Berisen, speak with the following NPCs and accept the following subquests in order:

1. Frethe Zizlop in the armory (The Hall of Steel) in Qeynos Harbor ( 677, -20, 22 ) /waypoint 677, -20, 22
   • This will start the subquest Card Deals
2. Zoe Hertzflip on the second floor of The Mermaid's Lure on the docks in Qeynos Harbor ( 932, -19, 1 ) /waypoint 932, -19, 1
   • This will start the subquest Ogled Goggles
3. Barb Islenet on the second floor of the alchemist's shop in South Qeynos ( 641, -12, 235 ) /waypoint 641, -12, 235
   • This will start the subquest Wine for the Lady
4. Abner Siblet in the Lion's Mane Inn and Tavern in South Qeynos ( 559, -8, 129 ) /waypoint 559, -8, 129
   • This will start the subquest Fribles's Fate
   • Go to ( 374, -18, 590 ) /waypoint 374, -18, 590 near the tent between qeynos gate griffon station and bridge to lighthouse in Antonica. Belazzor Fribles, the Inept will spawn and attack you; his level scales to yours.
   • Kill Fribles.
5. Now return to each of the previous NPCs in reverse order to complete each of the subquests. You will get Exp/AA for all 4 of them.
6. Return to Blat Berisen in Antonica. (Note: This quest is NOT repeatable)
7. Upon your turn in to Blat, he immediately changes into The Grand Prankster, Bristlebane himself. hail & talk to Bristlebane to complete the quest and receive your rewards.
