1. Izzay gives you a Voice Modulator and asks you to eavesdrop on some conversations in West Freeport at night which begins promptly at 8:00 PM Norrath time (one minute Norrath time is equal to 3 seconds earth time). You should stand near, but not too near the people having the conversation, and examine the Voice Modulator. You will see a message indicating when you are in the right location.
   1. Listen in on Commandant Dominicus's conversation outside the Freeport Militia House ( 114, -16, 135 ) /waypoint 114, -16, 135.
   2. Listen in on Commandant Arkadios's conversation between the gates to East Freeport and North Freeport ( 56, -20, 47 ) /waypoint 56, -20, 47.
   3. Listen in on Man-at-Arms Faustus's conversation at the gate to The Commonlands ( 266, -3.6, -69 ) /waypoint 266, -3.6, -69.
   4. Listen in on Commandant Placida's conversation at the entrance to The Thieves' Way ( 292, -3.5, -9 ) /waypoint 292, -3.5, -9.
   5. Listen in on Commandant Tor'Val's conversation in the basement dungeon of the Freeport Militia House ( 145, -26, 125 ) /waypoint 145, -26, 125.
2. Return to Izzay Meestere ( 304, -3, 90 ) /waypoint 304, -3, 90.
3. He sends you to speak with Mehina at the Seafarer's Roost in East Freeport ( -236, -55, -26 ) /waypoint -236, -55, -26. Ask her about scheduling a tour of famous houses.
