What does this information mean?

The two Eastern islands in Butcherblock Bay seem to be the territory of the Tidesylph sirens, but incursions by aqua goblin raiders from Globbsunk Cove occur frequently, and the goblins have taken the Western half of the Northeastern island. The signs of this ongoing struggle are plain to see in the numerous bodies, goblin and siren, scattered about the area.

On the Southern side of the Northern island, there is a cave below the water.
