1. Speak with Drakin Hammerheart in North Qeynos ( 398, -20, -189 ) /waypoint 398, -20, -189.
2. Speak with Dalhya Felshire in North Qeynos ( 412, -20, -189 ) /waypoint 412, -20, -189.
3. Click the sleeping body next to Dalhya Felshire then choose to fall asleep to enter the dream state zone, A Collection of Dreams.
4. Speak with Thumore D'armer, who is directly west from where you zone in.
