[edit] Steps

1. Slay the Rujarkian Highwayman Leader (lvl 48^ solo). He spawns on the Orc Highway (roughly around ( -466, -110, -191 ) /waypoint -466, -110, -191 ) in the Sinking Sands. The Placeholder is a rujarkian sentinel. Respawn time is 10 minutes
2. Return to El'Khazi, Purveyor of Fine Carpets to receive your reward.
