What does this information mean?

The quest starter is ONLY available during your SECOND run through of the instance. Once the quest is completed and you exit the instance, the Toy Chest ( -21, 19, 13 ) /waypoint -20.61, 19.24, 13.21 will no longer appear that year. If you leave the instance, it resets and the Toy chest will not be available to you again until the next year.
