Class Priest Level 35 Category (Target) Debuff (Enemy)  Casting Time  1.75 seconds  Recast time  5 min  Cost  99 power   Duration  1 min 12 seconds K'Shar Haelbreng offers this vampire-specific training to priests loyal to the brethren of Night. It teaches a priest the ability to decrease Strength and Stamina of a vampire opponent and transfer a portion of this to the priest's allies.
