Update Notes: Thursday, December 21st 2006 - Voice on the Wind, involved in the quest "Eitholi, Blade of the Fae" in the Butcherblock Mountains, now speaks Common instead of Druzaic.

Steps Edit

1. Go to "the windiest and highest point in the Butcherblock Mountains. You should try to listen to the winds there." This is the Aviak platform near the ocean. Follow the path up the cliffs near the Highlands outpost; you will pass many aviaks on the way so be prepared. Speaking to a Voice on the Wind at ( 494, 325, -93 ) /waypoint 494, 325, -93 opens up the next quest in the series A Voice Of Another Kind.
