Right wing, all the way to the top where the "hand" name is, it is in the right room. You click a book on the floor and receive: Sailing with Three Sheets to the Wind.

1. I now need to seek out a someone who mentions a magical cloak made out of the scales of a white dragon
   • Rotheck Dragonforge in Moors of Ykesha at the Dropship Landing Zone ( 1803, 452, 962 ) /waypoint 1803, 452, 962 Make sure you still have the book that starts the quest on you or he won't talk to you.
2. He sends you into gather the following items to make a necklace for him:
   • 12 blue sapphires from Nu'roga
   • A fay-formed ingot from Evernight Abbey at ( 105, -6, -120 ) /waypoint 105, -6, -120 or at ( 151, -7, -120 ) /waypoint 151, -7, -120
   • An incarnadine cluster (may be gathered or purchased from the broker)
     • If you already have a cluster in the bank, you can place it on the broker, and you will get the update when you remove it.
3. Speak with Ward Glanral in The Upper Moor's of Ykesha at ( -55, -79, 467 ) /waypoint -55, -79, 467 (you must have an incarnadine cluster in your inventory for him to advance the quest, even if you already had one for the previous step).
4. Obtain the following items:
   • A rough fire emerald (may be purchased from the broker for the update).
   • A swampsoaked amythest, purchased from Hopgip Goodsale at ( -38, -52, 839 ) /waypoint -38, -52, 839 for 12g or Fippit Goodsale at ( 2, -55, 836 ) /waypoint 2, -55, 836. You must have +20,000 faction with the Guktan Guard to purchase this.
5. Return to Ward Glanral.You must have both items in your inventory or you can not proceed.
6. Go to Befallen: Necrotic Asylum to find 6 sapphires, updates from killing Shimmering miners and laborers ( -126, -29, 66 ) /waypoint -126, -29, 66
7. Return to Ward Glanral( -54, -79, 471 ) /waypoint -54, -79, 471. (Have a little laugh as he 'dings' on creation of a Pristine Fashioned Kaladim Triple Sapphire pendant - with the "ding" graphics)
8. Return to Rotheck Dragonforge. He will tell you that the cloak was made for a member of the Royal family of Thex and to track down Queen Lenya Thex, who was the last known owner of the cloak. She can be found in Mistmyr Manor.
9. After talking to Queen Lenya Thex ( 162, 32, -310 ) /waypoint 162, 32, -310, read the journal on the floor next to the bed she was in.
10. Kill T'Lon the Powermonger in Ravenscale Repository Quest will complete.
