What does this information mean?

1. Seek out and destroy the four Scions: The Scions spawn at four different locations around the zone, and are level 23^^^ Heroic. Pull one of the old bell ringers in the entry hall for a chance to spawn its scion. The ringers are markable items, so it may be hard to find them in their usable state. Upon being marked, you will receive the message "You pull on the bell ringer but nothing happens." Don't be fooled by this; the corresponding scion may still have spawned. Their locations are as follows:
   • Archiovianix the Scion of Darkness: Southwest bell ringer ( -20, 8, -14 ) /waypoint -20, 8, -14. Spawns at the chessboard on the first floor ( 73, 5, -96 ) /waypoint 73, 5, -96.
   • Hephinntari the Scion of Destruction: Northeast bell ringer ( -26, 8, -38 ) /waypoint -26, 8, -38. Spawns in the Atrium on the first sublevel. ( -73, -24, -98 ) /waypoint -73, -24, -98
   • Qelinatias the Scion of Pain: Southeast bell ringer ( -26, 8, -14 ) /waypoint -26, 8, -14. Spawns in the room with the entrance to the Library on the first sublevel ( -7, -25, -121 ) /waypoint -7, -25, -121.
   • Tumarinan the Scion of Suffering: Northwest bell ringer ( -20, 8, -38 ) /waypoint -20, 8, -38. Spawns at the bottom of the well, in the water ( 29, -48, 13 ) /waypoint 29, -48, 13.
2. Return to the Ruined Altar of Karana, located at ( -18, 15, -126 ) /waypoint -17.7, 14.53, -126.06 for your reward
