What does this information mean?

1. Pass the Trail by
   • I should travel to Sebilis and locate the Broken Shackle monks.
     • They are on the path to the right, through a couple of arches to a pool of water, through the first door to the left, through the room where the provisioner/Quartermaster spawn. ( 72, -11, 196 ) /waypoint 72, -11, 196|
     • You must enter the room and get the discovery experience or any monks you pull will not give you the update.
   • Defeat 4 Broken Shackle initiates. (Previous updates required 10).
   • Defeat the leader of the Broken Shackles or Grand Master Sathaz.
2. Return to Swifttail Trialmaster
3. Do the level 80 solo trial
4. Return to Shackle Grandmaster Raakaz.

• Completing this quest gives +7500 faction with Tabernacle of Pain
• Tynnonium Shackle
• Prefix Title: "Shackle Grandmaster"
