the starting zones are Qeynos Harbor and West Freeport.
[edit] Steps
- Speak to any of the Gigglegibber lottery goblins.
- Swim under the docks in The Enchanted Lands and click on the sewer cover at ( 41.48, -30, 117.7 ) /waypoint 41.48, -30, 117.7 to zone into The Gigglegibber Hideout
- One of the following will happen:
- You will receive Unlocking the Elfin Lord when you enter the hideout if you've never done the quest in previous years.
- You will need to speak to The Gigglegibber King at the top of the scaffolding to receive the quest Unlocking the Elfin Lord.
- Complete Unlocking the Elfin Lord (it has 4 sub-quests)(Bring 100 coal, 5 carbonite clusters, 5 gold clusters). NOTE: The Gnomish Inventor will initially ask for a small amount of coal. And then ask again, and again for more coal. Save yourself multiple trips by getting the 100 coal in one trip...
- Return to Pinchy Presentpeeler in Qeynos Harbor or West Freeport near the wardrobe to get the quest Removing the Grump.
- Note: You need to take one of the presents from the instance in Removing the Grump prior to leaving the Elfin Wonderland in order to complete this quest.
