Starting the QuestEdit

The starting zones are Qeynos Harbor and West Freeport.

Bring along:Edit

1. 100 Basic Coal
2. 5 carbonite clusters (T3 Harvests in TS NF)
3. 5 gold clusters

StepsEdit

1. Speak to any of the Gigglegibber lottery goblins. (There is one in Frostfell Wonderland Village at ( 84, -4, -1185 ) /waypoint 84.41, -4.09, -1184.61)
2. Swim under the docks in Enchanted Lands and click on the sewer cover at ( 41, -30, 118 ) /waypoint 41, -30, 118 to zone into The Gigglegibber Hideout.
3. You will need to speak to The Gigglegibber King at the top of the scaffolding to receive the quest Unlocking the Elfin Lord. (The marvelous Frostfell object "a Blue and White Gift Box" is found in The Gigglegibber Hideout, in the king's room at ( 188, 1, -325 ) )
4. Complete Unlocking the Elfin Lord (it has 4 sub-quests)(Bring 100 Basic Coal, 5 carbonite clusters, 5 gold clusters). NOTE: The Gnomish Inventor will initially ask for a small amount of coal. And then ask again, and again for more coal. Save yourself multiple trips by getting the 100 coal in one trip...
5. Return to Pinchy Presentpeeler in Qeynos Harbor or West Freeport near the wardrobe to get the quest Removing the Grump.
   • Note: You need to take one of the presents from the instance in Removing the Grump prior to leaving the Elfin Wonderland in order to complete this quest.

  • Festive Gigglegibber Cloak
  • blue shiny bauble x 4
  • green shiny bauble x 4
  • red shiny bauble x 4
