What does this information mean?

StepsEdit

1. Kill 10 Adherant vampires
2. Kill savage hellhounds or hellhound ravagers until you get the update
3. Click on the lamppost-like "altar" at ( -107, 26, -6 ) /waypoint -107, 26, -6
   • The lamppost is in the upper area, near the Usurper, and has a purple light instead of the usual blue, and is decorated with skulls, spikes and batwings.
   • The altar will not update unless you enter the Crypt of T'Haen in a normal instance, not in the Endless Twilight instance.
4. Kill 50 vampires in the Crypt of T'Haen to complete the quest.
