What does this information mean?

This is the first of the Alzid mobs you will encounter in the Laboratory. He is level 70x4 with two 70x4 adds.

His attacks are melee based and hits relativly hard. This mob keeps most guilds from finishing the zone. If you can defeat him, the rest of the zone is easy, until you get to Vyemm.

The Slavering Alzid is the "Pants mob." He drops pants for the Doomrage, Dracomancer, Nemesis, etc armour sets. He also drops a number of weapons, and jewelery on occasion.
