What does this information mean?

[edit] Starting the Quest

• Must have completed the quest Improving Relations with the Locals.
• Prerequisite: T6 Harvesting Skills (240).
• Prerequisite: Lvl 50+ Weaponsmith

1. Speak with Ping Ventur at ( 36, 15, -81 ) /waypoint 36, 15, -81.
2. Speak with Gai Ge Venur in the courtyard near ( 23, 15, -77 ) /waypoint 23, 15, -77. He paths around somewhat, but remains in that area.
3. Speak with Kim Nurwin at ( -175, 7, -177 ) /waypoint -175, 7, -177.
4. You must then collect the components needed to craft the Silken Sword:
   • The turtle shell is in a bucket at ( -10, -1, 15 ) /waypoint -10, -1, 15.
   • The silk for the grip can be found in a box at ( -68, -2, 120 ) /waypoint -68, -2, 120, near the Importer/Exporter. The quest requires two silk, but both can be obtained from the same box.
   • The scabbard is in an armoire at ( -22, 12, -77 ) /waypoint -22, 12, -77.
   • Iron ore is a harvestable node found at ( -160, 1, -6 ) /waypoint -160, 1, -6 (and possibly other places). It requires 240 Mining to harvest. The quest requires five ore, but the node does not appear to ever run out.
5. Return to Mei-mei Ventur for your rewards:
