[edit] Steps

1. Speak with Vimminy Crix who tells you to locate the Overlord.
2. Head to West Freeport and then enter the gate to the Citadel ( 53, -20, 7 ) /waypoint 53, -20, 7 (between portals to North and East Freeport) to speak with Overlord D'Lere. Note that this location is slightly different since GU54. It is now located at the bottom of the pile of rubble on the right hand side. Look for a small wooden door.
3. Find Lucan D'Lere and hail him.
4. Finish the conversation to finish the quest (and get the next).
