What does this information mean?

Single room zone, two large groups on either side, neither give AA. Once they are cleared, Putrid and broodlings immediately pop. She wanders and has a massive agro range and the broodlings are all over the room.

Access Quest Edit

Although no longer required for entry, the original way to access this zone was to complete two quests for Cicero Puer.
