[edit] Steps

• Inspect the hidden compartment in the pool of the Trade Court at ( -635, -17, 293 ) /waypoint -635, -17, 293. This one was very hard to inspect for me, experiment with different angles. Usually best to hover right over it and look directly downwards. You now have 5 minutes to do the steps below. However, the timer tends to stop after the last switch is activated, leaving what seems to be plenty of time to return to the Censer.
• The switches:
  1. On the eastern upper platform, on a rampart at the southern end. ( -710, 4, 257 ) /waypoint -710, 4, 257
  2. On the upper northeast corner platform, on a rampart ( -678, 9, 111 ) /waypoint -678, 9, 111
  3. On the western upper platform, on a rampart at the northern end. ( -563, 4, 147 ) /waypoint -563, 4, 147
  4. On the eastern upper balcony of the central building. Drop down onto this area from the southeast end of the roof. The button is directly behind the market enforcer on the northern end of this small balcony. ( -652, 1, 215 ) /waypoint -652, 1, 215
