2. Find the jail cells at ( -66, -26, -9 ) /waypoint -66, -26, -9, deep inside.
3. Speak with Ariana Neovra and accept the necklace she gives you.
4. Take the necklace back to Orwen to convince him that she is dead and to keep him from trying to rescue her (or they both will die).
