What does this information mean?
The Scrapyard is where old machines that the clockworks of Klak'Anon have decided are no longer useful are sent to be taken apart and salvaged for scrap. It is a common fate for the older clockwork gnome models, and they live (so to speak) in fear of the Scrapyard's overseer Dreadscrew the Scrapper.
