- You must be level 80 to receive this quest.
- You need to speak Sathirian to speak with the Sebilisian residents. Sathirian language can be obtained from the A Mysterious Black Tome quest line.

- Head to Outer Sebilis in Kunzar Jungle and to talk to Loremaster Hax( -366, -111, 1049 ) /waypoint -366, -111, 1049

- Talk to 8 Sebilisian residents. Just target and hail to begin your conversation.
- Return to Loremaster Hax( -366, -111, 1049 ) /waypoint -366, -111, 1049 .
- Kill Undead in Jarsath Wastes at Venril's Crown until you get a Chest containing an Officer's Report.
- Examine the Officer's Report.
- Go to Stonehoof Badlands and hail the Skeleton of Yasva V'Alear ( -331, -61, -503 ) /waypoint -331, -61, -503 . (You can find him on the last ruins near the Fort)
- Kill the Skeleton of Yasva V'Alear (83^^ Heroic - pretty tough). Approximately 20 minute respawn.
- Harvest the Mace Hilt from a Drake Nest in Skyfire Mountains at ( -1524, 226, 497 ) /waypoint -1524, 226, 497.
- Speak to Weaponsmith Xass( 6, -3, 29 ) /waypoint 6, -3, 29 in Scale Yard off of Freeport.
- Pay 5p to bring him out of retirement.
- I should search for the first missing flail, the Byzola Flail Head, head inside Chardok drops off of a Caroeth battlemage, a Caroeth battlepriest or an enchanted barricade in an Ornate Chest. (They are around the red portal. Some in front and more after it.)
- I should search for the second missing flail, the Dymetreax Flail Head head inside Chardok drops off of a Caroeth battlemage, a Caroeth battlepriest or or an enchanted barricade in an Ornate Chest. (They are around the red portal. Some in front and more after it.)
- Go to the Cave of Fear in Feerrott. Hail the Iksar Othixis( -1911, -25, 482 ) /waypoint -1911, -25, 482 there who will ask you to find 5 tablets.
- Go back to Chelsith and search for 5 clickable tablets. If you can't find a cleared instance, you can do it solo. Three of the tablets can be obtained with invisibility. You can either wait for the tablets to respawn or exit and get a new instance after 30 minutes. Tablets are located here:
- Near the entrance ( 15, 4, 390 ) /waypoint 15, 4, 390
- In a pool ( 162, 1, 250 ) /waypoint 162, 1, 250
- At the Shrine of the Deep ( 434, 44, 130 ) /waypoint 434, 44, 130
- On the ramp near the Shrine of the Deep ( 346, 16, 148 ) /waypoint 346, 16, 148
- In the water below the ramp to the Shrine of the Deep ( 358, -22, 131 ) /waypoint 358, -22, 131
- Return to Othixis.
- Kill Burynai in the The Rubble Rabble Burrow near the The Abandoned Village until you get the Mace Pommel to drop in an ornate chest.
- Return again to Othixis.
- Kill 75 Reet Slaves in Sebilis - either near sporconids on lower level the labs on upper level or in the kitchen (look for orange dots on your map when you get close. Best in Slave Caves).
- Kill Commander Jorah in Karnor's Castle to acquire the Crown of the Flail. He's located in the room upstairs containing the Drolvarg L&L book. Also broker might have Crown of the Flail.
- Kill 8 Sarnaks in Timorous Deep. (Level 70 guards in Gorowyn will work, solo/non-social/no faction hits)
- Kill 8 Sarnaks in Chardok.
- Return to Weaponsmith Xass.
- Go to Nektulos Forest for final kill (80^):
- The zone in to the Instance where the final mob (80^) is in front of where the Avatar of Hate( -1307, 48, -1509 ) /waypoint -1307, 48, -1509 spawns. There is an anvil on the ground near that location, click it to zone into instance. (Only Inquisitors on the same step may enter the instance.)
