This quest is a sub-quest of The Stolen Tome. However, it is not needed to complete that quest.

StepsEdit

1. Jai-La gives you A Crumpled Note that she asks you to examine.
2. Examine the note and you're told to search the Gunthak pirate camp to locate Alyra the Assassin. ( 56, -39, 257 ) /waypoint 56.08, -39.35, 257.31 at Mystic Woods (inside Mystic Lake). However, the note should be examined in the Village, as it won't work in the Mystic Lake zone.
3. When you reach the location, Alyra the Assassin (Level 60) will spawn and needs to be defeated.
4. Alyra drops An Assassination Contract that must be looted and examined.
   • Note: If you're doing this quest in a group you'll have to kill Alyra once each time for each member. The respawn time appears to be about 5 minutes. The assassin contract must be examined in the The Mystic Lake zone to update, it won't work in the village of shin zone.
5. Return to Jai-La with the unfortunate news to complete the quest and claim your reward.
   • Note: Jai-La wanders around the Village of Shin.
