What does this information mean?

1. Search the forest for signs of civilization at the falls to the north. The falls referred to are Soul Eater Falls, found at the top end of the river that flows past Noxhil.
   • You need to pass over a specific point on the ground slightly downstream of the falls. ( 456, 14, -1507 ) /waypoint 456, 14, -1507)
2. Return to Noxhil V'Sek.
