The Lowland Basin is a dry river bed. It is closely connected to The Underfoot. Strangely symmetrical cracks in the earth dot the landscape, and spires of rock that were once islands are weathered by the winds. There are a few standing pools of water. Earth elementals of various kinds are everywhere.
