• Must have completed the quest Improving Relations with the Locals.
• Prerequisite: Lvl 50+ Sage

1. Speak to Xin-xu
2. Speak to Ghil Ventur in Antonica, near the Coldwind Point Lighthouse.
3. Help him gather ingredients:
   • Gather 5 pieces of bark from mulberry bushes in The Village of Shin, within the Courtyard of Hope. ( 29, 14, -60 ) /waypoint 29, 14, -60 You can harvest one bush 5 times.
   • Collect starch from the Nurwin's storage shed. ( -50, 11, -114 ) /waypoint -50, 11, -114
4. Speak to Spark Augren. ( 13.62, 8.69, -31.84 ) /waypoint 13.62, 8.69, -31.84 
5. Return to Xin-xu Augren for your reward.
