1. Examine the banner outside Bog Bottom Mill ( 10, -1, -605 ) /waypoint 10, -1, -605.
2. Return to Sir Tatters.
3. Examine a chest in the Boar room in Runnyeye ( -73, 1, -94 ) /waypoint -73, 1, -94.
4. Obtain the key for the chest from enslaved warboars.
5. Examine chest again to unlock it.
6. Return to Sir Tatters.
