What does this information mean?

1. You will be asked to go to the Lakeshore Ruins, approximately at ( 817, 10, -24 ) /waypoint 817, 10, -24.
2. Once there, you should see piles of dirt alongside the ruin walls. Use the ArtifactSafe Brand Cleaning Fluid when you are close enough to one, and it will then turn into a harvestable node. That is the item you need for the update.
3. Once you have all of the updates, return to Zeliss Vrang at Dreg's Landing.
