What does this information mean?

[edit] Steps

1. You will be asked to go to the Lakeshore Ruins, approximately at ( 817, 10, -24 ) /waypoint 817, 10, -24.
2. Once there you should see along side the ruin walls a bunch of piles of dirt. Use the ArtifacSafe Brand Cleaning Fluid. The pile of dirt will then turn into a harvestable node. That is the item you need for the update.
3. Once you have all of the update return to Zeliss Vrang at Dreg's Landing.
