Several raiding guilds suggest that the best way to kill this mob is hard and quick while COMPLETELY avoiding killing any adds. Have adds mezzed as soon as possible then have the tank and the raid run away from them or take the hits and possibly die.

Killing all the adds forces him back underground, temporarily - and heal back up to full, go berserk and start doing lots of damage fast.

Has a fairly Damaging AOE knockback/stun, Believe this to be true for the little heroic adds as well.
