Starting the Quest
This quest is being held in conjunction with SOE's Living Legacy advertising campaign during the summer of 2008. The quest is automatically given when players create a new character.(1)
Steps
Achieve level 20 within 14 days from the time you first log in your new character.
Available to anyone during the Living Legacy summer event.
