The title "the Gladiator" is obtained for the number of kills in the Arena.

For obtaining 5000 Arena Kills (using only Arena Champion Pets) you can purchase from the Arena Master outside the Arena in Maj'Dul the title of The Gladiator and a special Trophy Flag that can be placed in your home. The title is a suffix - ie appears as Your Name the Gladiator.
