- Piles are found in Antonica just outside the city gates along the paths
- Talk to Friar Montego in Nettleville at ( 644, -26, 380 ) /waypoint 644, -26, 380(Between Merchant tents). He will require you to purchase a donation reciept for 1g.
- Return to Vishra in South Qeynos.
