What does this information mean?

This is the last part of the 3 step access quest for the Cove of Decay. While the quest is not labeled Heroic in-game, it does include killing some Heroic ^^^ mobs.

[edit] Steps

1. Complete these 3 tasks (in any order):
   • Kill Incaulebis the Maleficent (31^^^ Heroic) ( -467, 0, 851 ) /waypoint -467, 0, 851  near the back entrance to the Ruins of Varsoon.
     • Skeleton commander is may be a placeholder -- 10min respawn.
   • Kill The Banished (30^^^ Heroic) in The Thundering Steppes ( 957, -1, 1079 ) /waypoint 957, -1, 1079 
   • Speak to Cassondra at ( 1210, 3, 334 ) /waypoint 1210, 3, 334  to obtain the The Adornment of Stormsunder Quest
     • Kill Windfeather (28^^^ Heroic) flying a path along the coast at ( 1372, -1, 117 ) /waypoint 1372, -1, 117 
2. Return to Wiseman Oluran to complete this quest and receive open access to Cove of Decay.
