What does this information mean?
Access
Assure one forms a raid FIRST, else if just grouped, Googegguta will not finish dialog and zone will be unusable, all beasties will be non-agro/non-attackable with no fish in water; then speak with Googegguta in the Thundering Steppes just outside of the Cove of Decay, and complete his dialog with "Alright, I will gather some help and see you later."
Strategy
Position the raid in the water, but as close to the tents by the beach as possible and kill the 52 ^^ heroic fish in the water (grouped encounter). Immediately after the last fish dies, Rognog and his crabs (heroic-epics) will charge the raid.
a catch
Rognog has an AOE knockback that will send everyone flying if they do not have their back against something. At about 25% he will heal to 100% and become a x4.
This is by far one of the easiest, if not the easiest x4 raid in Tier 5.
Loot your exquisite chest and have someone vendor the Idol of Focus, because that's all he ever drops as of 2015/09. Vendor it because every one of your priests and mages should be a ranged auto-attack item (free from Lavastorm Questline ) and using a Tarton's Wheel
