Speak with Googegguta in the Thundering Steppes just outside of the CoD.

Kill "the catch" to make Giant targetable, mez the last fish if you fell you need to recover some power. Rognog and 4 crabs will then attack you. Bring the crabs down first. He has one hell of a knockback, keep your tanks back to the cliff wall to the east, or back at the tents, or at a cluster of rocks just off the beach to the south. There are also some suggestions that you can also avoid the knockback by staying in the water. At 30% will de-spawn and then return at 100% health and 2 more levels. Your tank will have to re-asert his aggro now, so it's best to have the raid back off for a few seconds.
